VR Experience “Freeride in Other Ways”

The Tele2 company became a title partner of Rosafest 2018 festival and decided to give the opportunity for everyone to feel like a snowboarder or professional skier and slide down the main ski-runs of the resort.

We developed original camera rig for professional POV 360 VR video shooting. Having used which we have created two VR experiences: on behalf of a snowboarder and skier.
This VR experience allowed viewers to feel like being a part of professional riders’ team and to find themselves in real locations filmed in high quality above the clouds at the top of Roza Peak. With ‘smart’ stabilization, we influenced the sense of equilibrium – a viewer physically, gruesome felt acceleration from turns, down-runs, and up-runs.
VR experience became a part of Big Game on Rosafest. Visitors were proposed to try VR, to find promo code in it and to gain points that could be exchanged into prizes from the festival partners.

VR experience in other ways became one of the most emotional connections with the Tele2 brand – a company that stands for change for the better, therefore always proposing alternatives to the existing rules. Extreme VR from TELE2 is unforgettable emotions in other ways.
